When you are scheduling your appointments, try to schedule 3-4 appointments out.
When to book Recommendations:
Book every week to every other week if you are in pain or looking to gain functional mobility.
Book every 3-6 weeks for general self-care or maintenance.
Of course, these are just recommendations. Please schedule as many as your body, schedule and budget will allow.
Scheduling ahead will help avoid waiting a longer time in-between appointments. Remember if you cannot make your appointment, please give at least 24-hour notice. (For more information, please refer to MTN Bodywork's Policies.)
