Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage integrates a variety of techniques.
Techniques may include deep tissue, Thai, MFR, MLD, Sports, and neuromuscular techniques such as PNF and trigger point therapy.
Some benefits include improving flexibility and restoring functional movements, and your range of motion while decreasing muscle tension and fascial restrictions.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is great for overall relaxation and can help relieve many aches and pains that come with pregnancy.
Prenatal massage is safe to receive throughout your pregnancy. However, there are some exceptions to this. If you conceived through IVF or if you are considered "High Risk" then obtaining a doctor's approval and waiting until you are in your 2nd trimester will be appropriate for you. If you need help determining when prenatal massage is appropriate for you, Please message me.
Postpartum techniques can be incorporated into any treatment. Be sure to include this in the intake form or during your in-person assessment.

John F. Barnes
Myofascial Release Approach
Myofascial Release (MFR) gently stretches and releases the restricted fascia with sustained pressure over a period of time.
Sometimes, restrictions can form in the fascial system through trauma, scars, repetitive motion or dysfunctional habits of positioning.
This approach helps release fascial restrictions, restore functional mobility and decrease pain.
*This modality is exceptional when you have pain or restrictions and wish to participate in the treatment.
